The Assura 1-piece drainable pouch has an adhesive barrier that is fixed permanently to the appliance. When it's time to change the pouch, the whole device must be taken off and replaced in one go. Lightweight Comfortable Pouch
I consider this pouch to be a part of my body. I have used this style for many years now. As a very active person who swims and exercises daily, I find this pouch to be discreet and very functional. I always get at least 6 days of wear time and have even gone up to 10 days. The color matches my skin tone. It lies flat under my swimsuit and the fabric dries quickly. I recently hiked 2 14ers in Colorado and did not even worry about my pouch not staying put. I have tried newer pouches with more features but they are too bulky and awkward feeling and looking. I highly recommend this Assura pouch!

OK for a one Piece
These one pieces are better than a lot I have used but the wear time is not as long as the 2 piece I use. These are a lot cheaper though, I use them for shorter wear times (swimming etc..)
