The Assura 1-piece drainable pouch has an adhesive barrier that is fixed permanently to the appliance. When it's time to change the pouch, the whole device must be taken off and replaced in one go. This type of pouch helps absorb moisture from your skin to provide comfort and protection against irritation. It also comes with several clamps that ensure secure closure and make the pouch easier to clean. The interior side of the pouch that touches the skin is made from soft fabric which allows the skin to breathe, as well as dry off rapidly after a shower or a dip in the pool. Additionally, the material is odor-resistant.

OK for a one Piece
These one pieces are better than a lot I have used but the wear time is not as long as the 2 piece I use. These are a lot cheaper though, I use them for shorter wear times (swimming etc..)
