Shipping Time
Most products ship the same business day the order is placed from the closest distribution center. You can expect your order to be shipped in 1-2 business days. Please note time is in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery time varies depending on location.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, My Care Supplies will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You may also log in to your account by clicking "My Account" on the top right corner of any page. When you select "Order History" you will have access to track your order and view previous orders.
