Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) transforms fluid into a gel that protects the user from odor. The pads can absorb a minimum of 500 mL of fluid. They lock in urine and odor, so you feel fresh for longer periods of time. You can wear them inside disposable underwear. A nonwoven material wraps each Secure Booster pad individually. There is no plastic barrier, as with other booster pads. The wide-adhesive tape on these pads allows the pad to securely stay in place while being comfortable. Its extra length provides the user with protection on both sides.
