Each Duo Booster Pad features an ultra-thin, thermally bonded core that adds strength without unnecessary bulk, offering a discreet and comfortable fit during daily wear. The advanced SecureLoc™ odor-locking core helps contain fluid and reduces odors, providing greater confidence and dryness.
Made from soft, nonwoven fabric and crafted for extended length, these comfort care booster pads help reduce heat buildup and maintain a cooler feel against the skin. With more than 500 mL of added absorbency, they are ideal for boosting performance, preventing leaks, and enhancing comfort for both day and nighttime protection.

These are the best! Used inside protective underwear on top of an incontinence pad gives all day leak protection. The thin booster can hold a lot, and can be changed out to make the more expensive pad and underwear last longer, saving money. And they absorb quickly, so you always feel dry.
