The Hollister Flextend Skin Barrier is a convex, extended-wear solution designed to offer maximum protection for recessed, retracted, or flush stomas. Part of the New Image two-piece ostomy system, this cut-to-fit skin barrier is made to minimize skin irritation from stoma output and extend wear time—making it ideal for those managing urostomies or ileostomies.
Engineered with a floating flange, this barrier reduces pressure on tender abdominal areas, particularly post-surgery. It allows for easier pouch application by letting fingers slip underneath the flange, enhancing both comfort and confidence. Its Flextend formulation resists erosion and provides reliable adhesion, even with frequent output.
Compatible with any Hollister New Image drainable, closed, or urostomy pouch of the same flange size.
