Mepilex® Border Flex Lite 3 x 3 in (581200) is a flexible, all-in-one self-adherent foam dressing designed for non-to-moderately exuding wounds, especially those located on challenging body contours. Powered by Flex Technology, this advanced dressing stretches and moves in every direction to reduce skin stress, improve comfort, and stay securely in place during movement.

Ideal for both acute and chronic wounds, Mepilex Border Flex Lite 3x3 can be used for leg and foot ulcers, pressure injuries, surgical incisions, traumatic wounds, and the protection of fragile or compromised skin. Its thin, lightweight foam construction allows patients to continue normal daily activities without restriction.

The showerproof outer film provides a protective barrier against bacteria and viruses (smaller than 25 nm), while the soft foam gently absorbs exudate and maintains a moist wound environment. Designed for atraumatic removal, the dressing minimizes pain and does not leave residue on the wound or surrounding skin. Each Mepilex 3x3 Border dressing is sterile, individually wrapped, and suitable for delicate, hard-to-dress areas like hands, fingers, feet, and toes.
