A little spendy, but well worth it.

A near perfect brief for bowel incontinence. They offer sag room in the seat, they have plastic which helps with odors, yet despite that fact they are almost noiseless under clothing. They are thin to so by itself it doesn't advertise you have it on and if you need more protection you can add a pad to it with out too much of a thickness increase.
