The Convatec Sur-Fit Natura Two-Piece Cut-to-fit Stomahesive Skin Barrier with Tape collar is ideal for those whose stoma is semi-formed to formed. The Sur-Fit Natura Skin Barrier reliably allows the barrier to adhere to both dry and moist skin while being gentle and holding firmly at the same time. The plastic coupling ring enables the pouch being used and the skin barrier to snap together, creating an audible click to confirm security.

I love this product most of the time. There has been many, many, many times just this year that the barrier failed in less than 24 hrs hours causing me to have to use another that I hadn't plan on using till the next week, costing me money that I don't have to order long before I had figured into my time slot. In just one week, within a 24 hour period I had to use 3. Very inconvenient for me. Otherwise, it's been reliable since I started using them when I had my surgery in October of '93. Thank you for your time.

ConvaTec has a video on their website that shows how to prep and apply, I highly recommend it. The only thing that dismays me about the product is the fact that they rip/tear/saparate between the baseplate and the snap-ring. This can happen at any time, even a few hours after application. It only happens about 1:50 applications, but that's still 2% and not a great selling point. This problem has o
