This product is painless and does a good job cleaning my sore (wound). I am a type 2 diabetic and my wound is healing slowly. I've been using this product on & off for years, I am very satisfied with the dermal wound cleanser.

A gentle spray that doesn't irritate, perfect for treating open tummy wounds. It's pretty straightforward to use, but I wish it sprayed a finer mist on the skin.
