They work. They're hard to put on. I tape them together beforehand to make it easier for my husbank to put on.

Truth in Advertising
We are used to changing diapers three times through the night as our child receives 8 hours of overnight liquid nutrition through a tube. Now, we are able to allow her to sleep without interruption. Talk about PRICELESS!

Only product we have found that works
Tried several other brands but so far this is the only product that works "all through the night." The tab closure leaves a bit to be desired and should be redesigned to be more convenient. Also, in a few instances the tab did not function as it was supposed to and would not stick.

The only diaper that works for us!
This diaper is the only one that has worked for our adult daughter with cerebral palsy. She's in a wheelchair and would ALWAYS soak through other products. SO glad that we found these - saves us from changing her every hour, and doing so much extra laundry. Keeps her dry and comfortable, which also helps with skin issues.
