Prevail Small/Youth Specialty Size Briefs have been designed for those seeking discretion, comfort, and powerful leakage protection for issues surrounding incontinence. Manufactured by Prevail, which is recognized as a premier brand for adult healthcare products, the briefs offer a range of features that enable it to provide maximum protection from intense incontinence. These are much better than most brands we've tried but for my active teen who requires diapers for both day and night there is still a lot that is missing that makes it not one of the best. These work for now but because of his active lifesty;e there are still leaks.

My sister sufffered brain damage when she was a baby and is now very low functioning. Thankfullly, she is still going strong and these diapers are perfect and fit very well, we couldn’t have been happier!

My Daughter is 8 now and still has accidents occaisionally at night. We use a potty alarm while we're at home but whilst travelling, its not so easy. Now we use these wile has a lot of size options for our kid and allows us to be without the wet bedsheets in other's houses.

the sizes are either too small are too large, my daughter with cerebal palsey is right inbetween a pampers and a cuties size 7 and these are smaller than a size 7 but the next size up is Huge! We're still searching..

great absorbency without the quick-to-heat plastic coating that is so uncomfortable for disabled adults. Sizing is a bit off and this small is a tigt fit for my mother with her 27 " waist..
