it helps but its stings!!
it was helping me and I could see my wound start to heal after a few days but whenever I put it on it stung and of course it would come and go but im hoping to find something that doesn’t sting so much.

Medihoney is by ar the best brand because it is the industry standard for medical honey bandages and dressings; it works great and the company is legittimate. I spent so much money in the past buying and then returning other honey dressings from some suspect companies. i wish i skipped it all and had just listened to my surgeon when he told me to buy these; couldn tbe happier now.

Miraculous and so worth the money!
This wound dressing is amazing!! I almost passed on it because of the price on other websites but im so happy I kept searching and found it here because oh my goh it is so worth it! Heals wounds quickly so youre not going to have to reapply. It was easy to cut in half an use on two different wounds. i had 2 persistent open ulcers that hadnt healed with Rx antibiotic ointment and bandages but with the medihoney, after taking it off 3 days after application, both wounds were completely healed and you couldnt even tell that tere was any sort of honey at all! there was only a dried bandage and a rather dark spot where the wound was.

Excellent for wound care
My nephew has been using this to help heal some wounds we found on his leg from an accident. I'm pleased to say that its been healing very well and only after 4 days!. I suggest using the pads with a bandage than apply alone.

cured bedsore in two months that I had tried to treat for almost a year
i really liked them because they covered the wound entirely. I covered the wound with the dressing and then put on mepilex 3x3. I read all the reviews about how they had great success with it so I left it on for 6 days before taking it off and reapplying. every single time i reapplied i could see gradual improvement until it was fully healed!

Excellent Dressing for Diabetic Ulcers
This honey is the only thing that is healing diabetic ulcers on my feet. I went to hydrotherapy, and it is healing what that couldn't do, and saving my feet from surgery or amputation. My Dr. has prescribed this honey and algimate, and it can be obtained through this company. You can purchase it at some pharmacies, for $2o and more, but this is exactly what my Dr. has found that heals for wounds
